I am a fourth year Philosophy major with a History minor at the University of Texas at Austin with a 3.94 GPA.
Experience
I tutored for two years in New York before transferring to UT Austin in fall 2012. I focused in humanities with an emphasis on writing and speech. As a philosophy major with a history minor, the majority of my coursework has consisted of writing. I believe that writing is both the most important and the most neglected aspect of academic focus. As a tutor, I will work with the student on developing writing skills in particular areas of study and/or as a discipline in general.
